Bread making has been part of this blog before - but I've never used a banneton to prove the bread in. Result was a slightly blowsy loaf.
Hand picked blackberries from 4- acre wood made some delicious jam to go with it!
Intermittant jottings. Oh! for days when just watching chickens going about their natural scratchings puts a smile on your face.

Hand made Digestives!!!
Came home to find the amazing, spectacle of some 'home-made' Digestive biscuits!! (Yes, it needs multiple exclamation marks)
Thought he'd "give it a go" while I was out. Mmmmmmmmmmmmmm xx

Brian's biscuit efforts
Biscuits for Valentine's Day!
First he tried the Biscuit Press ......
But the mixture stuck to the wrong things
Then he tried a different nozzle, with some wierd effects ... which, unleashing his inner boy, had to be spread all over the baking sheet!
See the result ...
Then, as Valentine's Day is approaching ....... he made some hearts .... Ahhhhh!
