Bread making has been part of this blog before - but I've never used a banneton to prove the bread in. Result was a slightly blowsy loaf.
Hand picked blackberries from 4- acre wood made some delicious jam to go with it!
Intermittant jottings. Oh! for days when just watching chickens going about their natural scratchings puts a smile on your face.
